Poliprint Design does not grant refunds and all sales of Poliprint Design products are final.​​

Poliprint Design does not accept returns. 

We understand that when items are shipped they may face some wear and tear due to handling.​ If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at immediately with photos.

You must contact us about your order within (5) days of delivery. After (5) days, Poliprint Design will no longer be liable for the product(s). 

Once we assess the damage of your product(s), we may replace the items at your request or we will provide you with a full refund of the defective item.


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour period, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. 


Orders are processed 24 hours after purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. All products are made to order. Wallpaper typically ships within 7 - 10 business days of purchase. Mugs and pillows typically ship within 5 - 7 business days of purchase. Free standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping available (contact us at before placing an order for expedited shipping).


You will be notified and provided with a tracking number once your item has shipped. We will contact you if we experience any delays in production or shipping
